Ignite Workout

Ignite Workout

Ignite activates your yin-yang energy flow, and your hara centers, to influence your movement by connecting to and moving from physical body centers.

Unique to IGNITE is moving physically and energetically using breath and the body awareness of “centered” to seamlessly move and sense the qualities of yin-yang. Move all 13 joints and sense the flow of energy. Move through the three planes of high-middle-low to personalize and stimulate your body’s soft tissues, heart and lungs. Integrate vertical, horizontal and undulating spinal flow to balance form and freedom.

In the Nia routine IGNITE you will experience a physical integration of your body while moving in all directions. To the front, back, sideways and in circles that are both eccentric and concentric. Concentric, when a muscle shortens and two points come closer to one another, and eccentric as you lengthen out from the center. You will also gain skills to find better balance and centering as you repeat movements both slow and fast and include rhythmic qualities inspired by the stimulating music.
