Q: What is NiaTV?

A: NiaTV is a new video-on-demand platform from Nia Technique, built to share Nia workouts and other media. NiaTV enables students to workout from anywhere in the world without needing to attend a class. For the first time ever, Nia Technique classes are available to the general public without the need for a classroom.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: Go to our subscriptions page. Select the option you want and fill out the form on the next page. 

Q: What does a NiaTV Subscription mean? What am I agreeing to?

A: A subscription means that you agree to pay a recurring subscription fee (monthly, quarterly, or annually) in order to access NiaTV's content. This subscription renews until you decide to cancel the subscription.

Q: What do I get with a NiaTV subscription?

A: When you subscribe to NiaTV, you will receive access to 24+ workouts with varying levels of difficulty, meditations, podcasts and more. Feel free to look around our catalog, but you won't be able to view any of the content until you subscribe.

Q: I have a subscription but I still can’t view content in the “Teachers” section. Why?

A: Content in the “Teachers” section is for Nia Teachers only. For more information on becoming a Nia Teacher, head over to’s membership page.

Q: How Do I Manage My Subscription?

A: You can change or cancel your subscription by going to the Dashboard. Click on "subscription"  and select "change." Here you can change your subscription option or you can cancel your subscription.  

Q: I was gifted a coupon code for access to NiaTV. How do I use it?

A: Coupon code redemption products can be found here. Select your product from this page. On the next page, near the bottom, find the "have a coupon?" link and click it, then enter your coupon code. If entered correctly, you should see the charge removed. If it does not work, make sure that you have entered the code correctly and that you selected the correct redemption product for your code. The codes only work on the products they were created for!

Q: I can't hear any volume while using the NiaTV App on my iPhone. How do I fix it?

A: Usually, you will just need to flip the switch on the side of your phone above the volume buttons. If that doesn't do it, check to make sure your volume isn't turned all the way down in your settings. You can access this setting by swiping up from the bottom of your screen at any time.

Q: I am having trouble using the NiaTV app on my Roku streaming device. What should I do?

A: Often we are able to solve any Roku issues by making sure our users are logged in to the NiaTV app correctly. Access the menu within the NiaTV app using the * button on your Roku remote. First ensure that you are currently logged out, then log in using your NiaTV credentials.

Q: Why can't I find the NiaTV app on my Roku streaming device. 

A: NiaTV is only available on Roku in the United States channels. Other countries block channels from companies located within the United States.
