Cadence - Moving To Heal

Focus: The feet, which provide a foundation for our movement.

Intent: To create a sensation of stability and a feeling of being grounded. This allows you to move with more ease.

Remember: It's our philosophy in Nia to move in ways that make you feel good and that through movement, we find health. The key to moving safely is working with your body; listening, and sensing what feels good. If you feel discomfort or pain, change your movement until you feel better. At any time, feel free to stop, rest, slow down, and remember, always listen to your body.
